William A. Hieb - President and Founder: Bill was born in Stillwater, MN but was raised in the inner-city of St. Paul. It was during the 1960’s that Bill was introduced to a life of street gangs, the drug culture and an empty vision for his purpose and future. He came to know Jesus Christ at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 7th, 1981. Bill began his ministry, preaching in nursing homes and at the state prison. After 8 years of prison ministry and a couple of mission trips to Ukraine he planted a church in Stillwater, Minnesota. Pastor Bill is married to Kay Hieb and between them they have 5 children and 9 grandchildren. Bill has been a licensed minister for the past 20 yrs. and is currently serving as the pastor of Riverside Church in Somerset, WI. He is also the president of 2 other ministries: Beside Still Waters (medical missions) and the Christian Leadership Institute of Minnesota. Bill has attended Lakewood College, Northwestern College and received his Masters in Divinity from the Christian Leadership Institute of MN. Under the leadership of Pastor Bill, the church has embarked on an assertive ministry of soul winning, biblical studies, discipleship, church planting and foreign missions. |
Donald J. Lonergan - Administrator and Academic Dean: Don serves in the role of the Administrator and Academic Dean for the Christian Leadership Institute of Minnesota Bible Colleges. He graduated from St Paul Technical College, studied at WITI, attended The Institute on Basic Youth Conflicts, and possessives a Certificate in Biblical Studies. Don traveled with The Jones Family Ministries, served as a member of The Impossible Miracles Ministry, a participant at Christ Center Ministries (the former Minneapolis street ministries), served as worship leader and music director at Holy Cross Church in Hudson, and was a member of the Riverside Ministry Licensing Board. Don is currently an organizer and facilitator for FCAP (the Fellowship of Christian Airline Personnel). Don attends Cornerstone Church and makes his home in Hudson WI with his wife Terri and son Shawn. Don is a licensed minister through The Omega Team International Apostolic Network of Ministers. |
Grant Lind - Advisory Board Member: Grant was raised on a dairy farm in southern Minnesota with parents whom love the Lord. Grant is the oldest of eight children; five of which were adopted. Grant was a member of the Minnesota USA Greco-Roman and Freestyle wrestling teams, a Minnesota All-State football team member, and a Bible Camp Councilor at Lake Beauty Covenant Bible Camp. 
He attended Mankato State University on a football scholarship. While studying at Mankato State University, Grant competed in football and wrestling and earned the honor of being an Academic All-American football player. Grant has a B.S. Degree in Technology Education with a minor in Automotive Engineering and a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Mankato State University.
Grant taught Jr. High and High school for 6 years and taught for 6 years at Mankato State University in the Technology Education Program. He has been involved in a variety of business experiences over the years in everything from Printing and Desktop Publishing to Auto Repair and New Home Construction and Remodeling and is currently working full time in the custom log home industry.
Grant is married to Lisa, and has children Trissa, Tyler, and Sydnee. Besides the love for God and his family Grant enjoys; woodworking, drag racing, reading and the study of the bible. Grant is active in his church, Riverside Ministries, bible study, teaching, and as one of the sound technicians for the worship team.

Carol Grabrian - Advisory Board Member: Over the past 30 years, teaching God's Word has been Carol's passion, whether it is in Bible studies in her home, ministering to children and youth, or preaching in local prisons. Her love for God's Word is evident. Carol grew up in a Christian home where loving God, His people, and His Word was core to her foundation. She and her husband Michael have invested their lives into teaching and training God’s people to rise up and be all they were created to be. Carol is CEO and Pastor at Sarah Family Ministries, a ministerial training and credentialing center whose vision is to equip God’s saints for the work of the ministry. Doing the work of the Lord in foreign missions is also at the core of her being. She has traveled to Mexico, Guatemala, and Colombia. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management and a Masters of Ministry degree. For over 20 years, Carol has been actively engaged in her children’s education by home-schooling them through elementary and high school. Carol and Michael have 4 children and 1 grandchild. |
